| Derbyshire and
the Peak District National Park. The Peak District was Britain's first national park, established in 1951. The area also has several large reservoirs, created by daming deep valleys. Places I've visited include - Snake Pass, Derwent Valley - Ladybower, Howden & Derwent Reservoirs, Longshaw Estate, Padley Gorge, Markeaton Park and Elvaston Castle. |
